Divorce cases fall into one of two categories...
"Contested" or "Uncontested". If you and your spouse are able
to cooperate in the divorce process and you can agree with
one another on the matters which need to be addressed in a
divorce case....your case may be "Uncontested".
Couples with an "Uncontested" case, regardless of their
economic level, stand to benefit greatly over those who are
unable to cooperate. These couples enjoy an abbreviated
route through the judicial system, just 90 days, marked by
fewer, if any, court appearances, an immeasurably lighter
emotional toll, and very significant monetary savings. And you
craft your own outcome rather than having strangers impose
their terms upon you.
Over the past 30 years we have perfected and streamlined
the "Uncontested" divorce process to the point that we are
able to charge a fraction of what you would be charged
elsewhere. In fact, if you count the value of your own time in
digesting lengthy instructions, preparing reams of paperwork
yourself, and time missed from work while attending court,
you can't even do a case yourself for less. Chances are we
can even save you from ever having to appear in court! That
may not be so if you try to do it yourself.
We are not a "document preparation service" nor an assisted
do-it-yourself service like "We the People". With us, for
less money that you will pay a "document service", a LAWYER
does everything for you...we prepare all of your paperwork,
forward it to you for signatures and WE then file it with the
court and monitor your case as it progresses through the
court. This all takes place in just over 90 days, the minimum
time allowed by law. Because an experienced divorce lawyer
prepares and files your documents, you may rest assured that
it will meet all of the court's requirements.
"Uncontested" cases are classified into two categories...
those without children [that is, without children of THIS
