Q: What if my spouse won't cooperate?
A: By definition, an uncontested divorce requires complete agreement of the parties on all
issues AND cooperation in the form of co-signing all paperwork. If your spouse will not
cooperate in the divorce, you will not be able to participate in an uncontested divorce. You
