Our innovative No Conflict Divorce process is intended for
people of all economic levels who have no children (under 19),
are not pregnant, satisfy the 90 day residency requirement, and
either have no property or debts together or, if they do, they
agree on how it is to be divided (or with a little help can
agree).
You will not even need to appear in court! This all takes
place in just over 90 days, the minimum time allowed by law.
Our fee for uncontested cases without children is a "flat" or
fixed fee meaning that we do not have a time-based or hourly
charge and there is no pesky "retainer" fee. The flat fee is
$299.*
You may be wondering how we can do a case for so little when
everyone else charges two to five times as much. The key is in
our unique process. With our process your case takes us
less time. That means you save money.
Here's how it works: We offer you a choice of three
convenient ways for us to gather the information we need to
prepare your divorce for you....
<> We can schedule you for an in-person meeting in our
offices so you can meet Mr. Calder;
<> We can mail or fax you our simple one-page
questionnaire;
<> You can complete our online questionnaire on this web
site and submit it electronically from the comfort of your own
home. This way it doesn't matter how far away you live from
our offices.
Whichever way you go, we'll have your paperwork completed
and on its way to you for signatures in about 24 hours,
excluding weekends and holidays. Once you return it to us, we
take care of the rest!
If you and your spouse are willing to cooperate but need help
formulating your agreement, we can help you with that too.
Mr. Calder is also an experienced family law mediator. More
often than not, a mediation session of one hour or less is
sufficient to resolve any outstanding issues. There is a modest
additional time-based charge for this service.
