In addition to filling the role of attorney
representing the interests of one side or the
other in a case, Mr. Calder has years of
experience as a neutral 3rd party mediator
assisting parties who wish to avoid the expense
and emotional toll of conflict.
Mediation is of particular value in cases
where the parties willing and able to cooperate
but are unfamiliar with their options or how the
law might apply to a given situation. In such
instances Mr. Calder's years of experience as a
litigator and negotiator uniquely qualify him to
