Q: How long does the Uncontested Divorce process take?
A: From the time you return the signed paperwork to us and it is filed with the courts, it
takes approximately 90 days to become final. It cannot be finalized sooner than 90 days by
law. Individual judges vary on how soon after the expiration of the 90 days your divorce
decree will be signed so please allow about two to three weeks for the decree to be sent to
you after the 90th day.
